With new Privacy Act transparency rules commencing, Safe Work Australia confirming AI is a workplace hazard like any other, and AI now appearing in Fair Work Commission claims, this live workshop gives HR, operations, compliance and business owners a clear, practical approach to finding the AI in your business and putting it under proper control. 

Across 3 hours, we cover:

• Your WHS duties for AI, including what officers need to know 

• How AI is showing up in Fair Work claims and discrimination risk
