Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to recognise the early signs of mental health problems, respond to individuals experiencing mental health challenges or crises, and provide initial support until professional help is available. The course builds understanding of common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and substance use, while addressing stigma and promoting confidence in having supportive conversations. Participants receive a 3 year nationally recognised accreditation upon full course completion.
