Mental Health First Aid Refresher Training

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Refresher Training is designed for individuals who have previously completed a full MHFA course and wish to renew and strengthen their skills. The refresher provides an update on current best practices, reinforces understanding of the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan (ALGEE), and allows participants to revisit key concepts such as recognising signs of mental health problems, providing support in crisis situations, and encouraging professional help.
