Neurodiversity in the Workplace – Managers Course
Managers will learn to recognise the strengths and support needs associated with seven neurodiverse conditions. The course focuses on developing clear communication skills, fostering empathy, and appreciating that individual support needs vary depending on environment and energy levels.
